This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through vyaparistore.in. This policy applies to orders placed through Vyapari Store, where products are sold by independent sellers listed on our platform.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 7 calendar days to initiate a return from the date you received the item.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Perishable goods or consumables.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@vyaparistore.in or call +91 7042243862.
  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  3. The respective seller will process the return request after review and confirm return eligibility within 2 business days.
  4. Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.

Return Methods: By Courier Mail or In-Store Drop-off at our Delhi office.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee charged by the platform.

4. Refund Process

Once the seller receives the returned item, the following process applies:

  1. The respective seller will inspect the item within 2 business days of receipt.
  2. Notify you via email about the status of your return and refund.
  3. If approved, initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund Methods:

  • UPI / Bank Transfer — refunded directly to your account within 5–7 business days.
  • Credit/Debit Card — refunded within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank).
  • COD Orders — refunded via Bank Transfer / UPI within 5–7 business days after return confirmation.

Refund processing is handled by the respective seller or Vyapari Store, depending on the product and seller agreement.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

The respective seller will arrange a replacement or refund based on the approved return request at no additional cost to you.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error by the respective seller (wrong item sent, defective product), the seller will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at +91 7042243862 or info@vyaparistore.in. Once dispatched, the return process applies.
